Production of technological containers

The production of technological containers is always carried out according to the specific assignment from the client, due to the fact that these containers are used in conjunction with other technological equipment and devices. These are usually assembled directly by the technology supplier, but we also provide assembly at our production plant. According to the size and construction requirements, or other modifications (fireproof, soundproofed, insulated, etc.), the container is assigned to production. These containers are most often used in control rooms, engine rooms, monitoring stations, boiler rooms, warehouses and workshops, power distribution solutions, compressor rooms, etc.

Technological containers are mobile, they can be dismantled and relocated to the place of new use. They can be manufactured up to the size of 25 × 4.5 × 4.5 m. Most often the base of the container is a steel structure. The outer walls are usually from trapezoidal sheet metal, which surface is treated according the client requirement. In the case of thermal insulation, the internal structures are filled with mineral wool, which has a thickness of 50 to 120 mm, or even more in accordance with the assignment.

There are various floor designs, including the grating grids with a drip tray. Windows and doors are also dimensioned according to specific customer requirements. We make adjustments to our own containers to fully suit other uses - such as openings, flange connections for pipelines, flooring in the form of a bathtub, complete electrical installation, fastening profiles for external or internal cladding, even in the recessed form. There is an option for complete or partial soundproofing, including the insulation.
