Containers with increased fire resistance

Fire protection measures are a current topic in every operation or warehouse. You can find them wherever flammable and other dangerous substances are present. The basic rule for the operation of areas with flammables and hazardous substances is their safe storage. However, the rules for safe storage stipulate so-called fire compartments, which are structurally and fire-separated areas. In many warehouses, workshops and logistics centers, the entire halls are a single fire compartment and only 250 liters of flammable liquids can be stored in such a large space, but only 50 liters of 1st class flammable liquids.

Construction modifications of such premises are completely inadmissible, especially due to logistical and ownership rights (leases). An elegant solution to such a situation is the acquisition of a storage fire container in accordance with the customer’s size and quantity requirements or a specific situation.

Our containers with fire protection occur mainly in the following areas: paint shops, car repair shops, logistics centers, drugstores, perfumery, pharmacies, production facilities, collection yards.

• The basis of the container is formed from a steel frame designed for the maximum load of the container space. 
• The walkable hot-dip galvanized grate is there so that any leakage of hazardous substances can be captured in a collection tank located at the bottom of such a container.
• The whole container is fire resistant min. for  90 minutes according to the rules set by the EN13501-2 standard.
• The automation of the door ensures that you never forget to close it, and in addition, the "panic" lock function always lets you out of the container in time.
